How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Finish kitchen and bathrooms as much as possible ($12k won’t do everything). Also, refinish deck.

Sort of a dense neighborhood, but quiet and lined with sidewalks. Basics like new paint are undone, but not a bad house.
