How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Raised flower beds at edge of sidewalk + gardens on side and back. Maybe try to add a parking spot on left side, if possible.

Roof above front door looks a bit sloppy with sealing cement against siding, but not a big deal at all. I did not see the inside of this house.
