How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Hire a tree service with an arborist to inspect all the very tall trees and do any needed maintenance (including removing a small dead tree in the back). Next, I’d hire a roofing expert that specializes in slate roofs, to evaluate the roof and figure out exactly what is needed (and how much it will cost $$) - maybe do this as part of a pre-purchase inspection.
