How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Little bit of paint touch-up outside near driveway (front corner). Otherwise everything is in good shape. If pressed to spend, maybe plantings in back yard and heat pump air conditioning in attic+
