How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Maybe a 3 to 4 foot stone wall and tall year-round hedge trees in the front yard and along the driveway, to shield from road sound and lights (on outside of turn, so may get headlights in front ground-floor windows). Also, hire arborist to inspect trees.

A:The listing's backyard photos seem to use wide-angle lenses, making the back yard appear much wider than it is in-person.
