How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Upgrade to nicer garage doors that fit this beautiful house. Stain woods floor on sun porch a darker color. New bluestone or other surface surrounding the pool. Redo 2nd floor bath.

This is a very large house in terrific condition. Tons of charm, with all the comfort s of a modern home. There is highway sound from route 287 if standing on the sidewalk, but I didn’t hear ANY in the yard or pool area, or inside.
