How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:I only saw the ground floor and exterior. Maybe install a stone wall and/or tall hedge plants to shield against the considerable road noise and development across the street.
