How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Replace kitchen cabinet doors, counters, floor and light fixture. Layout is just fine, so no expensive new cabinets or plumbing/electrical moves. Also, replace upstairs gray bedroom carpet.

Brand new floors really stand out on the ground floor. No problems that prevent immediate move-in, but a nice opportunity to make some not-too-expensive changes to update.
