A:Update kitchen cabinet faces and appliances (except gorgeous glass sub-zero refrigerator)

If you can afford the price, it comes down to personal style preferences and heating/cooling costs. Nice large trex-type deck. Huge basement with higher ceilings, but ducts are lower. Also, many support columns
