How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Back deck wood is in good condition, but needs power wash and proper coating to protect against sun and water. Also, add a bathroom and enclosed passage between 3rd bedroom (used as an art studio, with running water and drainage) and main living area. Add central AC throughout.

This is a really charming not-so-big house with a great kitchen and LOTs of character. To reach full potential, refinish the deck, add enclosed walkway between the 3rd bedroom/ art studio and the main living space, add A/C, install egress windows in basement for light & safety, and upgrade the drop ceiling tiles in the basement. Really nice house in a good location that would be terrific for people looking to downsize!
