How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Even though the exterior paint is in very good shape, I might change the light yellow to off white and the dark brown to a medium slate gray.

Right across the street from Oak Knoll private school. No moisture signs in basement (but dehumidifier was running). Many original steel frame windows- interesting, but probably not very efficient (thankfully most have storm windows and cellular blinds). Incredible living and sun rooms!!! Stairway is wide and rock solid heading to 2nd floor. Primary suite is huge, with walk-in closet and beautiful bath. This is a wonderful house if you need this much space and appreciate the old world (updated) style. The living room and sun room are fantastic! Also, the front door is about 3 inches thick!!
