How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Change vinyl chimney to stone. It would cost too much for the $12k budget, but it would be a much nicer house with different siding, even though the current vinyl siding is not in bad shape.

I only saw a small portion of the main floor of this house, but it looked nice inside (especially the main floor’s beautiful flooring!). The outside suffers by comparison against the new houses on either side. Terrific town and a good location.
