 Walkable to Whole Foods
  walk to downtown Madison parks snd train
 Nice medium trees in front yard
 sidewalks
 (Pretty small) front sitting porch
 newer roof
 Dedicated bike lanes right in front of house
 Beautiful wood floors
 large living room
 large open family dining to kitchen
 high ceilings main level
 arched doorways between main level rooms
 Granite countertops in kitchen
 ,lovely fenced private backyard with bluestone pation
 Large mature trees in backyard (shade + privacy)
 plenty of oarking
 finished v basement with higher ceilings
 4 large bedrooms on upper level

Cons

 on a busier street
 Near a turn so headlights may shine into some windows at night
 Some front siding on upper section in poor condition
 Some road sounds in backyard (not bad)
 Upper level bedrooms share 1 bath (but another full in basement)

How to spend $12,000

Q:

If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?

A:Repair or replace upper siding. Maybe replace gravel portion of driveway with pavers. Remove carpet on steps to upstairs and 2nd level.

I like this house, but it needs a bit of work on part of the exterior. The road is a big consideration - if you want absolute silence, this probably isn’t the right house. Excellent schools and very walkable.
