If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:New transition at top of stairs leading to basement. Redo ground floor and 2nd floor baths.

A really nice older home that a family could enjoy immediately. It’s not perfect or luxurious, but VERY charming!
