How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:The house feels solid and has so much character and old world design that the kitchen stands out as not keeping up. Thankfully, it’s large, so no expansion is needed and won’t be as expensive as a major redo. To start, maybe change out all the white tile.

Have an inspector with slate roof expertise confirm the roof condition. Looks like some repairs with different colored slate on right valley above the front door. This house has many wonderful elements, but kitchen and bath work will cost some money!
