Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Add egress windows to basement for safe & legal bedroom(s). Redo basement bathroom wall tile & new basement lights and paint.

Very nice home. There is no private outdoor space, even though it has a large yard. Close to the hospital and Convent Station train, but not really walkable for most. Upstairs bedroom is a bit small and has no AC. Basement has a mildly musty smell, but LOTS of potential
