How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Upgrade the basement fireplace. Fix driveway. Maybe add real stone wall along driveway (current is cobblestone- not much depth, and cement with a crack (drainage problem??))

Some chemical smell from new paint and varnish- air out on dry days for a week or so. Also, the bottom step down into the basement is 2 inches high - minor and whoever lives here will get used to it in a day or so.
