 Beautiful area with tall trees and well-kept homes
 15+ minute walk to train station
 2-car garage
 10 ft tall privacy hedge along driveway
 beautiful brick and bluestone walkway and steps
 huge brick chimney
 beautiful wood floors
 high ceilings
 Gorgeous wood floors
 Nicely finished basement
 Super-charming window seat
 large bedrooms
 nice primary suite

Cons

 Kitchen is a bit small (but 100% workable)

A nice house in great condition. Smaller kitchen. Very good walkable location. No moisture signs in the basement, but a dehumidifier was running,
