 Across the street from primary school playground and fields
 finished basement would work well for kids
 Very nice staircase and railings
 large bedrooms
 finished 3rd floor with full bath
 Central air conditioning
 lots of old house charm

I would check traffic on school day mornings and afternoons. Otherwise, nice charming house, with lots of space.
