How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Maybe a solid electric driveway gate, to block car sound and add a bit of security (safe area, but...)

Two blocks from a park. Kind of a long walk to town/train. Taxes of $9,500 or so seem okay. Bottom apt on two levels is a little weirdly laid out. I didn’t see whether top floor has laundry (bottom one does) - if not, that’s a big drawback for a $3,500/mo apartment
