How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Drylock entire LARGE basement (with high-enough ceilings), paint all ceiling and pipes white, finish walls and floors and add egress window. Not enough money, but would also look to add door from garage into back yard, to connect to kitchen entry door. And lastly, plant 2 red maple trees in the front yard.

Feels bigger than I imagined from the outside. Comfortable and nice, with good potential extra living space if the basement gets finished.
