Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:There are so many things to renovate that I’m really not sure.

Some beautiful old world floors, mixed with cheap paper/laminate floors. Nice neighborhood right near the train and the new M Station. House is a legal 2-family and might work financially, but needs a good amount of renovation and an exterior separate entrance for the apartment to make sense.
