If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Hire an architect, to learn what’s possible for changing the main level layout.

This house has a somewhat smaller footprint and lot (not tiny, but smallER), so it’s hard for me to envision the best potential, and whether changes might be financially worthwhile. Bedrooms are okay-sized. Kitchen is a bit small. I wonder if moving or expanding the kitchen would make a dramatic improvement without a ton of expense?
