How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Repair bottom of railing to front door. If tree in “cons” is on this property, either remove it or hire an arborist. Next, plant tall hedge trees to shield against road sound

Q:
Was anything in the listing misleading or untrue? ( including any photos )
A:The listing on Zillow says "…gleaming hardwood floors and chic light fixtures throughout…" but I do not think the kitchen floor is actually hardwood. Instead, it appears to be laminate.
