How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Paint all brown metal parts of basement drop ceiling white. New tile in upstairs bathroom. Reconfigure & expand ground floor bath to have two entrances- one from common kitchen area snd another to create a ground-floor master suite.

House is in terrific condition, with lots of big rooms and spaces. Has a newer septic system, which can last forever IF owners are careful to not dispose of greases, oils or harsh cleaning or other chemicals. The seasonal body of water 200-ish feet off the back porch is nice - lots of birds, etc. It did not seem buggy (here in late May). No smells or water signs in the basement. Very large garage with storage and mud room potential. New vanities and kitchen counter being installed.
