How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:It’s hard to imagine spending even a dollar, because everything is done so nicely. If forced, I would explore how to add an egress window in the basement, for natural light and safety.

Very nice home in terrific condition!!! A black 2-inch pipe goes around the finished basement about 3 inches below the drywall- not bad, but a bit unusual.
