 Very quiet street
 Really nice stone wall runs length of property along the road
 tall trees (nicely shaded)
 low maintenance stucco exterior
 Terrific curb appeal
 Flower boxes
 Magnificent fireplace in the large living room
 screened porch with slate floors
 Large updated kitchen with marble dining booth & beautiful counters
 Mudroom with cabinets and 1/2 bath
 solid wood doirs
 Partly finished basement with decent ceiling height
 Basement feels very dry
 Nice large bedrooms
 primary bedroom suite.
 oozing with old world charm (with modern conveniences)

Cons

 Driveway is only in ‘okay’ shape
 Property is wide but not very deep
 Column in finished basement space
 older gas booker (looks to be in very good condition)
 Steeper steps going up from the kitchen (bit narrow too)
 Bedrooms don’t have tons of closet space

How to spend $12,000

Q:

If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?

A:Hire an arborist to inspect the trees (they seem fine, but…). Paint the dining room a different color. Maybe add an egress window to the finished basement for light and safety.
