How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:When going to the second level, there’s an odd space at the top (9x16?) on the way to the bedrooms. It might be a good home office space if some built-in cabinets were added. I’s also consider opening up the wall next to the stairway.
