Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Renovate kitchen (dated and unattractive fixtures, tile and cabinets), move laundry room (odd placement right off of entry way)

When I first entered this house, I was struck by how odd the layout was. This feeling persisted the more of the property I saw. The hallways were narrow and the rooms were awkwardly sized and placed. The house is in good condition and has potential, but personally I would definitely want to put some work into it.
