A:Paint every room and redo as many bathrooms as possible

Large space, with lots of bathrooms, but everything feels dated. Hand railings on both sides of steps are dangerously loose. Overall, potential with a big renovation budget!!

A:House front doesn’t face the street, as I assumed from listing photo. Instead, the side of the house and garage face the street.
