Very nice house overall. I'm not sure it' good or bad, but one way to get to the house from Whole Foods is up a STEEP hill, which could be dicey in the wintertime. BUT, there are other routes that are about the same distance from most places that don't have steep hills, so probably not a big deal. Be careful of the tall ash trees, because of the invasive emerald ash borer beetle, which kills them (leaving a dangerous and $$ problem)
