How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Minor repair on stucco covering bottom front step. Everything is so nicely finished there’s not much to do, SO I’d re-stain the upstairs wood floors to match the stairs.

Large primary bedroom suite plus another large bedroom, plus a full bath and smaller bedroom. Has a finished walk-up attic. Nice, livable home in move-in condition.
