How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Repair gutter corner above porch (minor issue). Maybe a new (larger) fireplace mantle. Not sure what else - everything is in nice shape.

Lots of steps from the ground level to upstairs bedrooms, but a nice, clean, open, airy townhome in a very good location.
