How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Paint basement bright colors, maybe with Drylock paint, and add nicer lighting. It’s not musty smelling and has high ceilings, but doesn’t seem like a good candidate to finish as living space. I’d also spend $$ on year-round tall hedges in back + flowers.
