How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:New larger mailbox, plus cobblestone pavers at driveway apron, plus repair driveway pavement, plus add flowers & plantings near road.

I only visited the outside of this home, from the street. If I lived here, I’d put tons of wildflower seeds into the large front grass area near the road and let it wild.
