How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:Refinish basement and steps with nicer materials and add a handrail. If enough $$, replace small window with a large egress window, for light and safety.

A:Listing photos of the living room give the impression it's much larger than it in fact is. Living room is nice-sized, but not as large as the picture conveys.
