How to spend $12,000
Q:
If you were going to live here and received a $12,000 gift card, good for any product or service, what would you repair, upgrade or add? Why?
A:New plantings at sidewalk, with raised beds. I doubt it’s possible, but I’d ask an architect to look into an egress window for the basement, for light & safety.

Nice renovation. Smaller footprint and bedrooms, but definitely workable. I’m glad they kept the 2nd floor wood floors!
