 Nice quiet neighborhood
 Nice curb appeal
 Deceptively large and open inside
 beautiful wood floors
 higher (8 ft) ceilings
 lots of windows
 Huge dining room
 main level laundry (and also on lower level)
 radiant floor heating in primary bath floor
 primary bedroom suite
 Large bedrooms with good closet space
 Oversized 2-car garage with heat / ac
 columns between dining and living rooms can be removed (not structural)
 tesla 'whole house' backup battery system

Cons

 Back patio isn’t as nice as the rest of the house
 older garage doors
 lightly sloping yard

A:Redo patio in the back yard, and add new garage doors.

This is a nice looking house from the street that is much larger and more open and livable than I would have guessed. Nice design touches and quality materials everywhere. Easy to have parents or others live in the 2 bedroom, full bath, huge living room “apartment” type space downstairs. It’s probably too far to walk to any train, but bus service to NYC isn’t far. Tesla backup battery system and solar panels give energy peace of mind.
